Mahalo to all the Chapter members who provided
support to this year‟s
State HOG Rally by volunteering and participating.
We had a very successful weekend with a lot of
riding and fun due to the efforts you as members put
forward. H.O.G. has recognized WHCC for the most
pre-registrants of any participating Chapter this
year…check out the plaque on the Chapter wall at
South Seas the next time you visit. Also, a big
Mahalo Nui Loa to all the Chapter members who turned
out to support our recent community activities
including the Children and Youth Day event at the
State Capital, the Susan G. Komen Run/Walk and those
who will be serving at the upcoming Salvation Army
Thanksgiving Dinner at the Blaisdell Center. Our
presence at these and the other community events
that we choose to become involved in is a great
reflection on the Chapter when we help others in
need and worthwhile causes. We can ride and enjoy
ourselves at anytime, but it is commendable to give
back to our home when we have the opportunity
letting our neighbors see us other than on the
highways and byways only. Remember, Ladies of Harley
are still looking for volunteers for the Salvation
Army Angel Tree during the holiday season. Please
contact Donna Shimabuku for details about the Angel
Tree project. Finally, we received a wonderful thank
you card and a telephone call from Harry Drazic for
our condolences extended to his family with the loss
of his beloved wife Genie.

Aloha from Waipahu Hawaii Country Chapter!
Mahalo for taking the time to visit our website…I know
that some of you are visiting for the first time and
others are returning guests, yet we hope our WHCC site
is informative, easy to navigate and entertaining for
all.
Our Chapter has been very fortunate with good riding
weather and events that have been enjoyed by all this
spring and into the
summer. And for those of you that can’t join us,
please visit our photo gallery to see what our Chapter
has been doing.
Waipahu
Hawaii County Chapter rides almost every
weekend either for formal event rides or
informal gatherings.
I
encourage those of you either living on the
Island of Oahu or planning a visit to Oahu to come and join in the
fun. As with all HOG Chapters we
encourage safe riding techniques and try to
give members the opportunity to enjoy riding
as a group while hopefully improving
their
individual riding skills. It is a great
pleasure for me to work with all of the
Chapter officers and members to develop
safe, fun
activities for us to engage in
while finding camaraderie with our fellow
riders.
Members, continue your excellent
support of the Chapter and be safe on the
roads!
Remember to keep up to date by checking
our
Waipahu H.O.G.
HOTLINE
(539-2919)
and
watching for our Activities
Officer emails.
Members and nonmembers can also
use our
Chapter website calendar and events pages as
another source for information on
Chapter events.
Mahalo,
